Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking a Head of CAFM Systems in Leeds for a hybrid role with regular travel to our Leeds office. You will own the systems strategy for Facilities Services and lead the Insight team to drive data management and system optimisation.

In this senior role you will champion user adoption, standardise business processes and govern change with ICT and vendors. You will report to the Digital Transformation Director and shape the roadmap for automation and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading systems or data migrations and setting strategy.
• CAFM and data management experience essential.
• Experience owning operational or enterprise systems with measurable benefits.
• Collaborative leadership across Operations, ICT and Transformation.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive facilities services systems roadmap.
• Lead the Insight team and data management.
• Champion user adoption and standardise processes.
• Govern system change requests with ICT and vendors.
• Shape future systems roadmap including automation and AI tools.
• Represent senior systems voice in broader transformation.
