Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an organised Asset Data Coordinator to support asset, maintenance data, and data quality within our CAFM environment. You will capture, verify and improve asset data while collaborating with Technical Services and operations to ensure compliant workflows.

This role requires strong Excel, CAFM/CMMS experience, and the ability to work remotely across the UK with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering maintenance or facilities-related tasks in a process-driven environment using CAFM/CMMS.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation capabilities.
• Power BI, Power Query, VBA/macros and dashboard development are advantageous.
• Experience in work planning, scheduling, asset or database management, or similar administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration across dispersed teams.
• High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and rigorous processes.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset and PPM data within the CAFM system with accuracy and compliance.
• Create, update and maintain planned maintenance schedules ahead of technician allocation.
• Monitor data quality, verify updates and support end-to-end asset lifecycle.
• Prepare and audit asset collection templates and conduct physical audits.
• Review technician feedback and adjust maintenance plans or asset information.
• Maintain asset and maintenance information across platforms, including via API integrations.
• Handle data administration requests, system queries and escalations.
• Collaborate with customers, Operational Leads, Technical Services and stakeholders.
