A leading UK gym operator is seeking a CAFM Project Manager to implement a new CAFM system across their UK and European sites. This role involves managing a project from start to finish, including data migration, API integrations, and user training. The Role

Location: London/Leeds (Hybrid)
Type: Full Time
Contract: 12‑Month Fixed Term

The Facilities team within Central Operations oversees top‑class FM services, managing vendor performance and ensuring assets remain safe and compliant. As Project Manager you will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of a new CAFM system, ensuring seamless migration, integration, testing and rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project from initiation to post‑launch stabilisation across all markets.
• Ensure accurate data migration from existing systems into the CAFM platform.
• Oversee system design, build and reporting to deliver an intuitive, automated solution.
• Drive integration of APIs between internal and external systems.
• Plan and execute a rigorous UAT, compile documentation and secure sign‑off before go‑live.
• Develop and deliver engaging, multilingual training materials and plans.
• Plan and execute a seamless cut‑over and go‑live transition.
• Track and resolve pre‑ and post‑launch issues, identifying root causes.
• Provide periodic and ad‑hoc status reports to stakeholders.
• Demobilise incumbent systems upon project completion.

The Person

• Proven change‑management experience, preferably delivering technology implementation projects such as CAFM.
• Strong data‑migration and API integration knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance and automation.
• Experience in UAT planning and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Desirable

• Knowledge of facilities‑management processes and systems.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and BI dashboards.
• Project‑management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
