Job summary

WSH Group is hiring for a customer-focused cafe/food service role in Reading, working in Benugo-branded spaces within John Lewis locations. You will prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and deliver excellent service across flexible shifts.

Role involves some weekend work, with a minimum of 10 hours per week, and you will be expected to adapt across front-of-house and kitchen tasks while representing WSH and John Lewis professionally.

• Must be able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest customer service standards at all times.
• Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• Organise deliveries and stock fridges using FIFO.
• Clear tables and keep a clean work environment.
• Ensure labels and prices are correct.
