Job summary

WSH Group, in partnership with Benugo and John Lewis, is seeking an exceptional Team Member to support Front of House across two renowned brands in their in-store cafes.

This part-time role offers 10–20 hours per week with a pay of £12.71 per hour. You will help maintain service standards, handle tills as needed, and assist with kitchen and front-of-house tasks.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work across Front of House and Kitchen duties.
Willingness to learn and follow food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer experience to the highest standard.
Assist with front of house and back of house duties.
Organise deliveries and stock fridges using FIFO.
Clear tables and keep a clean working environment.
Ensure labels and prices are correct and up to date.
Assist with tills, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets.
Attend training and development courses as requested.
Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally.
Carry out other duties as required by management.

We are seeking an exceptionalTeam Memberto support the Front of House team in excellence. This is a rare opportunity representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level

Contract:Part Time (Must be able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

Hours: 10 -20 hours

Salary: £12.71

Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
To attend all training and development course as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
