Job summary

Benugo in Patchway, England is seeking a Team Member to support the Front of House team across two brands in-store. This part-time role (Thu, Fri, Sat) offers 10–20 hours per week with a starting salary of £12.71 per hour.

You will contribute to delivering an outstanding food experience, assist with service, stock management and cleanliness, and help maintain promotions and product information while representing Benugo and John Lewis professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of customer experience at all times.

• Ensure all labels and prices are correct and up to date.
• Be flexible to work on tills, take orders and serve on the floor.

Job Description

Contract: Part Time (Must be able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

Hours: 10 -20 hours

Salary: £12.71

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
