• Commitment to hospitality and excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and keep a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Practise FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to the cafe's menu.
• Ensure food products are available and menu is accurate.
• Know the cafe menu and serve items as intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and inform the Caf Manager.
• Stay updated with communications and new initiatives.
• Clear and sanitise tables to keep cafe clean.
