Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Practice FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food per the caf menu.
• Ensure all food products are available and shown correctly.
• Know the caf menu inside out and serve as intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and relay to Caf Manager.
• Stay updated with business communications and new initiatives.
• Clear and sanitise tables to keep the caf clean.
