Morrisons in Scotland is seeking a Café Team Leader to run a welcoming, vibrant cafe, delivering outstanding service and keeping stock availability high. You will lead shifts, train colleagues, and drive performance against targets while building strong relationships with other store departments.

If you care about great service, you’ll fit in and help customers leave happy. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll create a friendly, efficient café environment daily.
