Job summary

Morrisons in Paignton is seeking a proactive Café Manager to lead a welcoming, busy team and ensure exceptional service for every customer. You will manage shifts, train colleagues, and keep stock levels high while driving store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You'll empower your team to put customers first, monitor food safety and waste, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive, energetic café atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced food or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to feedback from customers and colleagues.
• Ability to plan and manage department routines, with attention to food safety and waste.
• Willingness to step up as Manager in Charge when needed.

Responsibilities
