Morrisons is seeking a Café Manager to lead a welcoming, vibrant Café inside the store. You will drive outstanding service, ensure stock availability, and keep the team engaged to make every customer visit positive.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee rota planning, training, and day-to-day operations to sustain high standards. In this role you’ll empower your team, manage daily routines, and collaborate across store departments to meet targets while maintaining exceptional customer

Formación

• Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced food or hospitality environment.
• Confidently running shifts and handling daily priorities.
• Ability to build strong, supportive teams and communicate effectively.
• Active listener who acts on feedback to improve each shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and empower your Café team to deliver friendly, attentive service and maintain high stock availability.
• Manage shift rotas, attendance and talent development; deliver training to grow colleagues.
• Drive performance to meet operational and sales targets with a supportive, performance-driven approach.
• Plan resources and routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
