Job summary

Morrisons is looking for a Café Manager to lead a welcoming cafe in-store, delivering outstanding service to hundreds of local customers daily. You’ll report to the Store Manager and empower your team to keep stock availability high while maintaining a warm, bustling environment where customers leave happy.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first: empower your team to deliver friendly, attentive service, listening to customer feedback to make sure our Café is always a warm, welcoming place to pop by.
• Lead and support your team: manage rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to succeed and grow.
• Drive performance and standards: lead an encouraging, performance-driven department, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets.
• Keep operations running smoothly: plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
