Morrisons Livingston is seeking an enthusiastic Café Manager to lead a fast-paced food-service team. You’ll champion great guest experience, manage shifts, control stock and help drive sales targets while keeping standards high.

With a focus on training, development and teamwork, you’ll empower colleagues to deliver warm, friendly service and maintain a welcoming cafe environment for hundreds of daily visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team: Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to succeed and grow.
• Lead performance and standards: Guide colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets.
• Keep operations running smoothly: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
