Job summary

Tesco Cafés is seeking a Team Leader to help run a busy, friendly operation while delivering excellent customer service. You will coach, develop and support team members, and take ownership of opening and closing the café in the Manager's absence.

A proactive, collaborative approach fits our inclusive culture and flexible working options. You will need hospitality experience with team leadership, a passion for service, and knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety to ensure everyone stays

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with Team/Shift Leader experience.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Health & Safety and Food Safety knowledge.
