Tesco Café in the heart of our community is looking for a Team Leader to guide a friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll help run daily operations, support the Café Manager, and ensure superb customer service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with team leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Health & safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members.
• Support the Cafe Manager with coaching and development.
