Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Team Leader for one of our Tesco Cafés. In a friendly, fast-paced environment you will support the Manager, coach staff, and ensure superb customer service while maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality with Team/Shift Leader experience.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Health & Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and safety standards across the café.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service.
• Open/close the café and oversee operations in the Manager's absence.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Promote an inclusive, respectful, safe workplace.
• Deliver Health & Safety and Food Safety training.
• Assist Café Manager with coaching and development.
