Tesco Cafés are seeking a Café Manager to lead a welcoming team and ensure high standards of customer service. You will manage daily operations, train and develop staff, and drive sales while maintaining safe, legal, and compliant café practices.

With supervisory experience in hospitality, you will role-model leadership, spot talent, and continuously improve ways of working. A supportive environment and opportunities to grow within Tesco Cafés are offered.

Formación

• Background in hospitality at supervisory level or above.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• People management skills to lead by example and coach inclusively.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall running of the café, including routines, processes, sales standards and changes.
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the café.
• Maximise sales, impact and presentation in the café, and ensure everything is safe and legal for customers and colleagues.
• Lead your team and inspire them to hit sales targets.
• Understand the key drivers of our service plan and deliver to the standard required.
• Select, train, and develop team members to enable them to feel proud of the work they do.
• Act as a café menu expert who can share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure customers are served quickly and that they receive high quality food and drinks in a clean, tidy environment.
