• Background in hospitality, at supervisory level or above.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• People management skills to lead by example and coach in an inclusive manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall running of the café, including routines, processes and standards.
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the café.
• Maximise sales, presentation and ensure safety and legality for customers and colleagues.
• Lead and inspire your team to hit sales targets.
• Understand and deliver the service plan to the required standard.
• Select, train and develop team members to take pride in their work.
• Be the café menu expert and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure customers are served quickly with high quality food and drinks in a clean environment.
