You’ll be digitally confident to take and fulfil orders quickly, and you’ll help maintain food safety standards while supporting a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be digitally confident and able to use store tools to take and fulfill orders quickly.
• Experience in delivering five-star service in a busy environment preferred.
• Able to work as part of a fast-paced team and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and drinks in the M&S Café.
• Take customer orders accurately and fulfil them promptly.
• Maintain high food safety standards and hygiene throughout the shift.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak periods.
