Rolls-Royce in Derby is seeking a seasoned Customer to Customer (C2C) Manager to lead a cross-functional IPT focused on Trent XWB value stream performance. You will drive governance across Aftermarket ops and our global overhaul network to cut shop time and accelerate delivery.

You will own the 5-year C2C vision, push TRT reductions, and provide performance insights to senior leadership, aligning with financial and operational plans.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams would be an advantage.
• Communication, influencing & relationship management skills.
• A drive to succeed and get things done.

Responsabilités

• C2C ownership and improvements across Trent XWB value stream.
• Own governance for Aftermarket performance and integrate with leadership.
• Drive TRT reduction targets with overhaul bases and establish accountability.
• Standardise governance, interactions and information flow across bases.
• Manage external MRO performance communications and internal reporting.
