Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a Customer Responsible Charges (CRC) Manager - Transformation & Performance to drive the CRC improvement agenda across the Civil Aerospace operating system.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver a structured roadmap with milestones, and embed governance, data quality and benefits tracking. This role is hybrid with three days on site and offers significant opportunities to influence value recovery and performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex transformation and business improvement programmes.
• Strong programme and project management capability.
• Proven experience driving operational and commercial performance improvement.
• Experience working across multiple functions within large, complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Transformation.
• Strong analytical, commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience using performance metrics to drive accountability and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the CRC improvement and transformation agenda across the Civil Aerospace CRC programme.
• Design and implement the future CRC operating model with improved governance, data quality and accountability.
• Drive CRC recovery, cash and aged exposure reduction objectives and embed sustainable improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage the integrated delivery plan.
• Develop dashboards, MI, benefits tracking and executive reporting to monitor progress.
