Rolls-Royce plc in Derby seeks an experienced VP Repair Operations to lead the global repair network for Civil Aerospace, driving safety, efficiency and excellence across suppliers and joint ventures. This hybrid role combines on-site leadership with strategic oversight to meet fleet demand and optimise throughput.

You will steer performance, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain and Repair Commodity teams to achieve aftermarket

Qualifications

• Significant executive leadership experience within Aerospace MRO, Manufacturing or Industrial Operations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational organisations.
• Track record in productivity, quality and cost improvement programmes.
• Experience managing global operations with dispersed teams.
• Lean transformation and operational excellence.
• Experience managing complex supplier/partner relationships.
• Strong understanding of aerospace repair and industrial operations.
• Civil Aerospace MRO experience.
• Experience leading global repair networks.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Experience with joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global repair operations organisation to deliver safe, compliant and efficient repair execution across the network.
• Drive end-to-end performance improvements: TAT, OTD, throughput, WIP and capacity utilisation.
• Optimise workforce deployment, repair flow and facility utilisation across sites and suppliers.
• Accelerate repair cycle times and improve material movement and workflow management.
• Maintain strong relationships with repair suppliers and joint venture partners; drive improvement plans.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and high quality in all repair operations.
• Champion Lean and digital transformation to boost cost, quality and delivery outcomes.
