Birtwistle’s is seeking a fully trained and experienced butcher for a mid-shift role in a factory environment. You will cut primal and portion cuts across beef, pork, lamb, and poultry using your knife skills and collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 with flexibility where required. We welcome established butchers and offer staff sales, holiday entitlement, a bonus program, parking, and a birthday voucher as part of our benefits package.

Role Overview

The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.

Working hours are;

Monday to Friday working 14.00-22.00 with additional flexibility where required.
