Birtwistles in Salford is hiring a trained and experienced butcher to produce primal and portion cuts for beef, pork, lamb and poultry. The role offers a mid-shift pattern with hours 14:00–22:00 and opportunities to develop your knife skills within a supportive, people-focused business.

You should be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and understand yields and costs to help maximise efficiency. Benefits include holiday allowance and staff perks.

Qualificações

• Proven knife skills and experience in butchery.

Responsabilidades

• Produce primal and portion cuts for beef, pork, lamb and poultry.
• Operate on the Mid shift in a factory environment.
