BusinessSupport Officer (Part Time, Permanent) Our highly skilled and supportive Front Door Team is looking for a dedicated Business Support Officer to join us on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a vital role at the heart of Children's Services, providing administrative support to Social Workers, Front Door Advisors and Team Managers. Working days: Wednesday 1:30 - 5pm, Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
As part of this busy team, you will be responsible for processing and managing safeguarding referrals received through the Dudley Portal, telephone calls and emails. Due to the urgent nature of the work, you will need to work efficiently, accurately and confidently, managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
You will communicate with a wide range of professionals, partner agencies and members of the public on a daily basis, making excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
