Cardiff Council is seeking a full‑time Permanent Business Support Officer for the Housing & Communities service area, in the Responsive Repairs Unit. The role provides administrative support to the service and manager and contributes to service development.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities Service Area for full-time (37 hours a week) Permanent Business Support Officer within the Responsive Repairs Unit.
There are 2 full time posts available.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the service and manager and contribute to the development of the service area.
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to maintain business information and data systems. You will also be able to work to strict deadlines and be extremely flexible. You will have experience of working with IT systems and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

This salary is subject to the Living Wage Supplement that tops up the basic rate of pay to £13.45 per hour. The supplement will be reviewed every April. Cardiff Council reserves the right to make any changes to, or removal of, the Living Wage Supplement.
