Role
The Junior Commercial Contract Administrator supports the JLL Commercial Team in contract administration and commercial analysis, delivering effective governance across facilities management operations. This role is a developmental pathway toward senior commercial analyst positions.

- Provide support to the Commercial Contract Administrator reporting to the Cost and Commercial Lead
- Support the management of contract delivery and change control processes
- Support the delivery of services commercial compliance
- Support and manage contract compliance
- Core Responsibilities
- Contract Administration & Governance – administer and maintain contract documentation, variations, correspondence and audit‑ready filing systems
- Assist contract managers with interpretation and application of legal provisions in service agreements
- Maintain organised digital and physical communication channels for contract‑related queries
- Operate and update change control registers and schedules of rates, verifying accuracy against contractual terms
- Ensure compliance with contractual governance spend authorisations and audit requirements
- Commercial Assurance & Analysis (Developmental Exposure)
- Review supplier charges for compliance with agreed rates, terms and best‑value principles
- Support cost validation activities for reactive works, monthly payment applications and proposed contract variations
- Contribute to benchmarking exercises and value‑engineering reviews under supervision
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with JLL teams, clients and third‑party suppliers to address contractual queries, resolve disputes and facilitate process improvements
- Participate in collaboration workshops and process review meetings to identify commercial efficiencies and innovations
- Process Improvement & Systems Support
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in commercial and contract administration processes
- Help develop standard operating procedures, training materials and process manuals for contract management

Person Specification
- Legally qualified (LLB, paralegal certificate or equivalent) or demonstrable contract‑law expertise
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills

- Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications
Essential
- Legal qualification or equivalent experience in contract law interpretation
- Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in contract administration or facilities management environments
- Exposure to governance/compliance procedures and audit requirements
- Basic familiarity with cost analysis and benchmarking methods
- Working knowledge of contract management systems
