An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services team. You will be required to carry out reception / front of house duties in a friendly and professional manner as well as provide clerical and administrative support within the wider team.
You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high quality customer service to colleagues and business users. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, be able to multi-task, have exceptional time-management skills and enjoy working as part of a team and on your own.
You will be organised and able to problem-solve and signpost queries effectively. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint to an advanced level is essential.
