Job description

My client in South Leeds is looking for a Customer Service professional to join their team. You will thrive on solving queries and getting the job done. You will be fully trained on the company products to ensure you can provide the best customer service possible. You will be effective on the telephone and via email.

Salary and Benefits:
  • £25,750, with uplift to £26,000+ after passing probation
  • Annual bonus of 10%
  • 30 days of holiday plus bank holidays
  • Fully office-based with parking
  • Hours: 8-4 or 9-5
Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver excellent customer service to business customers and consumers
  2. Process orders via various methods
  3. Provide product support, advising on setup and alternatives
  4. Monitor stock availability
  5. Process invoices and credit notes

The team is friendly, and the office is open plan. Candidates should have previous experience in a product-based customer service role, providing advice and solutions.

An immediate start is available for the successful candidate who passes a two-stage interview process.
