Temporary – up to 12 months, Full Time (40 hours per week)

As part of the Stockport Homes Group, we are the innovative maintenance and construction business known as Three Sixty SHG Ltd. Since its inception in 2016, Three Sixty has expanded its areas of activity and includes reactive repairs and voids, facilities management, capital works, new build, refurbishments, and alteration projects. Three Sixty aims to design, build, refurbish, maintain, and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our Business Support Team! We are seeking highly motivated candidates to provide comprehensive administrative support across Three Sixty.

The main purpose of this role is to handle administrative duties and tasks essential for daily operations. You should be proactive in identifying issues and taking appropriate actions, liaising with colleagues and external partners at all levels to understand requirements and deliver effective service.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive business administrative support to all areas of Three Sixty
  • Liaising with site management regarding materials, plant, and equipment onsite, maintaining accurate records
  • Obtaining work order information for accurate job costing, charges, and payments
  • Inputting data into relevant systems weekly, such as confirming goods received based on PODs, processing invoices, and completing jobs

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Provides constructive feedback when appropriate
  • Possesses initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Utilizes ICT hardware & software, including bespoke management systems, Microsoft Office, and web portals
  • Flexible to meet the business needs
  • Has previous experience processing invoices
