Job Description:
Key Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking a confident and dynamic individual to join our Business Support team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all administration tasks are completed within set time frames. You will also work with Account Managers to address, identify, and resolve issues affecting customer service and account profitability.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Prepare completed jobs for invoicing via our CRM system.
- Assist Installation team by preparing installation packs for key customers.
- Log Service/Installation calls on our CRM system.
- Work from various databases such as Protean, web-based programs, and MS Office.
- Keep CRM system information up to date, including creating, updating, and closing customer accounts.
- Follow up with Installation and Service departments to ensure job completion within timeframes and SLAs.
- Develop relationships and serve as a point of contact with key customers via email and telephone.
- Collaborate with client Account Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues affecting SLAs and profitability.
- Create reports from CRM system for clients by liaising with various departments.
- Assist Customer Service department in resolving customer complaints.
- Support credit control with account queries.
- Provide annual leave cover for the wider Departmental team when needed.
Requirements
Essential requirements for the job:
- High numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Proactive approach to meeting customer demands.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical clients.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Customer-facing skills for administration and invoicing reviews.
Desirable requirements:
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
