The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to support our Business Support Manager in ensuring data accuracy, client onboarding, and process excellence across our finance and procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate client and supplier account setups and closures
  2. Manage and maintain accurate data across internal systems
  3. Support client mobilisations, closures, and system transfers
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow
  5. Maintain and improve procedures, flagging gaps and supporting documentation
  6. Use Helpdesk tools to track tasks, meet SLAs, and resolve queries
  7. Provide support and training to team members where needed
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator—email, phone, or Teams
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership
  • Able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in Excel and MS Office
  • Builds rapport easily and works well with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Experience in procurement, hospitality, or foodservice
  • Strong numeracy or data-handling background
  • Previous admin or data support experience
