Job Description:

FM Conway is currently recruiting a professional and motivated Apprentice Business Support Administrator to work within our Central Services department. As our Apprentice Business Support Administrator, you will provide effective and efficient administration services to the operational divisions. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Responsibilities of the Apprentice Business Support Administrator:

  • Monitoring and responding to correspondence and requests via shared email inboxes, including prioritization of work requests
  • Completing Oracle requisitions for all departments related to workshop, stores, and materials
  • Processing invoices for operational divisions according to company protocols, best practices, and timelines, including clearing statements and supporting accounts payable
  • Processing and recording incoming and outgoing correspondence as per protocols
  • Delivering administration services in line with company systems and processes, including trace car relocation documentation, data input, and document storage
  • Collaborating with other FMC support departments such as HR, L&D, Recruitment, Payroll, IT, and Finance

Skills and experience needed:

You should have a strong customer focus, good attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
