Supply Heroes Ltd, on behalf of a highly successful and Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham (B42), seeks a Business Studies Teacher for maternity cover. The role will involve teaching across KS3-4, planning engaging lessons and tracking student progress.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, be a dynamic classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge, and demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and high standards of attainment.

Qualificações

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Business Studies within a secondary school setting.
• Be a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational classroom practitioner.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Business Studies.
• Have high expectations of themselves and their students.
• Be committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
• Be skilled in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Be confident using assessment data to support student progress.
• Have strong behaviour management and classroom management skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
