  • Bring a proven ability to drive digital or continuous improvement initiatives from insight through to delivery, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and translate data into practical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, influencing outcomes through collaboration.
  • Experience of Salesforce and/or Certinia administration, particularly around development of reporting is highly desirable
