Job summary

The Solution Auto in Greater Manchester is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing used-vehicle operation within a premium dealer group. You will drive sales, profitability and exceptional customer experience across channels.

We offer a 45,000 basic salary with a 75,000 OTE, a company car, alternate weekends, structured training and clear career progression within a respected automotive employer.

We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected automotive retailer as a Sales Manager, leading a successful operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving both performance and customer satisfaction.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.

Working closely with senior management, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the used car department, ensuring strong profitability, effective stock management and excellent conversion rates across all sales channels.
