Job summary

Park's Carlisle is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead customer relationships and the team. You will drive sales of finance and insurance products, deliver outstanding service, and manage performance. A self-motivated leader who can mentor staff and uphold Consumer Duty standards will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or finance sales.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver service excellence.
• Familiarity with Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet with customers during vehicle purchases to qualify eligibility for products.
• Monitor overall department performance.
• Deliver service in line with Consumer Duty and to Treat Customers Fairly.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by exceeding expectations.
• Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
• Follow Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives.
• Complete and maintain required training; report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.
• Realise remuneration through best efforts and career progression.

The right person will be required:

• To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
• To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their eligibility and suitability of available products.
• Monitors overall department performance.
• To deliver customer service and support in line with Consumer Duty and to Treat Customers Fairly.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
• Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
• Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
• To complete and maintain their required training at all times.
• Report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.
