Business Logistics AnalystLocation: Remote/Hyrbid - London BanksideContract Type: Inside IR35Duration: 6 monthsStart Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Business Logistics Analyst to manage day-to-day operations across transport, warehousing, and shipment activities. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting cross‑functional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily logistics execution with service providers, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Provide operational support for all product movements to achieve on‑time and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate between logistics partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive performance improvements and support crisis response initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS), GxP, and financial policies.
  • Oversee customs data, export control activities, and monitor regulatory changes.
  • Support audits, maintain CAPA and regulatory trackers, and ensure global compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and represent logistics in cross‑functional projects.
  • Track and improve service provider KPIs, optimise lead times, and resolve claims and deviations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, including transport and warehousing.
  • Strong understanding of global trade compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex projects.
  • Familiarity with QMS, GxP, and customs/export control processes.
