What is the Role?

As a Customer Service Advisor within our Collections team, you will operate in a fast-paced, customer contact center environment. Your role involves telephone and email communication with customers to resolve outstanding account balances. You will collaborate with the wider collections teams and third parties to support customer queries and reach suitable resolutions for all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively manage customer accounts while maintaining high service standards and meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in inbound telephony roles is advantageous but not required.
