This is a career-defining role for an experienced commercial leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants the autonomy to shape how a business scales. As Commercial Director, you will sit on the senior leadership team and report directly into a founder, owning the entire client and revenue function. You will set the vision for Account Management, build the structure, deepen capability across the team and put in place the commercial frameworks that support sustainable growth. You will be the senior point of contact for the company’s most valuable partnerships, responsible for revenue performance, renewals, commercial positioning and long-term client satisfaction.
You’ll play a key role in expressing the wider commercial strategy — influencing pricing, scoping, margin performance and forecasting across a diverse portfolio of brands. Beyond client delivery, you will embed operational rigour, lead senior hiring, develop talent pipelines and create consistency in how the team plans, communicates and executes.
