Motivated by earning potential & interested in joining a leading UK-based software product company as a Junior Business Development Sales Executive?

Are you early in your sales career & have the basics down but seeking to join a larger team within the modern SaaS / Tech world to progress, continue learning & start earning uncapped commissions?

If yes, we have a promising role for you as a Junior Business Development Manager / Sales Executive!

You should be money motivated & eager to sell a leading software solution across the UK. You likely have a hunter mentality (but with the intelligence required for consultative solution sales), managing full life-cycle sales from lead to close.

You will have excellent team & dedicated sales management support, a proven market product, and realistic ARR targets to help you achieve your OTE.

Title: Junior Business Development Manager / Junior Sales Executive / Junior Account Executive

Location: Banbury. Hybrid working: 2 days in the office & flexible options for home, client site meetings, etc.

Salary: £35K - £45K basic + £5K car allowance + uncapped OTE (estimated £20K commission in year 1) + benefits.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or MEDDIC is a plus
