Business Development Representative - UKI

Join Freshworks as a Business Development Representative in the UKI region. This is an onsite role based in our London office.

In this role, you will manage a high volume of outbound interactions via phone, email, and other channels to prospective customers. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, educate prospects, and connect them with our sales team to meet regional revenue targets as an individual contributor.

You will develop and manage your lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing, and progressing multiple prospective clients simultaneously. Additionally, you will define and execute plans to meet and exceed your goals, engage with senior managers across marketing, sales, and operations to design campaigns, and continuously improve internal and external processes.

Use available resources effectively, including marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams, to achieve your objectives. Become an advocate for our brand, an expert in customer service and CRM, and provide regular pipeline reports and forecasts.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in sales or business development, preferably in a high-velocity environment, with cloud software sales experience being a plus. Experience with the UK market and native-level English communication skills are essential. Additional EU languages are advantageous.
