Our client, an expanding and innovative software company based in Bracknell, is seeking a Business Development Representative to cover the UK, Eire, and Nordics markets. This direct sales role focuses on targeting Corporate and Public Sector markets to identify and close smaller new business deals and generate larger opportunities for senior team members. The role involves outbound sales activities, including:
The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined, and enthusiastic, with some experience in telephone sales or prospecting and an interest in the tech industry. They should have a proven track record in lead generation, telesales, and outbound sales, along with excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Additional skills include good time management, multi-tasking, and proficiency in internet and MS Office tools. Knowledge of Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian) is a plus but not essential. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Bracknell office.
