Are you a passionate and driven sales professional ready to make a real impact in the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence? We're looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the team and help drive growth!

About the Role:

  • Proactively engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to spark interest in our solutions and identify client needs.
  • Manage and nurture leads via HubSpot CRM, converting them into qualified opportunities and closed sales.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with B2B and B2C clients in sectors like supply chain, healthcare, and manufacturing, showcasing the value of our solutions in solving complex business challenges.
  • Work closely with products, technical, and training teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly activity and sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market presence.

What You'll Bring:

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a pro-active, customer-facing sales role within the technology industry.
  • You're well-versed in the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Experience selling AI technology solutions is a major plus!
  • You're familiar with toolkits (AnyLogic, anyLogistix, Gurobi, Composabl).
  • You excel at presenting tailored solutions and explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • High energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Enjoy a base salary of £38,500 with an OTE of £55K (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission.

  • Location: 1 day each week in Leicester.
