Role

Were looking for a Business Development Manager UK & BeNeLux to join our European Business this role youll lead our commercial growth and partner expansion across the region driving both revenue and experience availability. Youll work closely with supply partners internal teams and leadership to strengthen Headouts presence in the UK and BeNeLux markets.

  • Collaborate : Work cross-functionally with Operations Marketing and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and campaigns.
  • Analyze : Track performance metrics identify market trends and refine strategies using competitor and market insights.
What skills & experience do you need
  • 35 years of experience in business development sales or key account management ideally in travel e-commerce or consumer tech.
  • Strong analytical written and verbal communication skills.
  • A global mindset comfortable collaborating across geographies and time zones.
  • A proactive hands-on approach to building partnerships and solving problems.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and an openness to learning new systems.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience expanding a product or brand in European markets.
  • Understanding of OTA travel or leisure ecosystem dynamics.
  • Interest in travel experiences and the intersection of tech and hospitality.
