This is an exciting opportunity working for a group of 10 global manufacturers with operations in America, Asia, and Europe. The business manufactures test and measurement equipment and provides related services to sectors such as Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare, sold through distribution partners across these territories.
This role focuses on developing the UK market strategy for sales via distribution partners across various industry segments, as well as expanding the European footprint. You will nurture existing relationships and analyze market trends, product offerings, and pricing to inform product management and sales strategies. You will shape country-specific sales strategies and collaborate with local sales teams across Europe to maximize potential.
You should have a technical understanding of electrically biased products or solutions, or at least a technical background. You will be a strategic thinker with experience in business development and growth strategies for emerging markets. A strong background in export or international sales is essential, along with flexibility for international travel. Experience working within a matrix organization with multiple decision-makers across different countries is advantageous.
