Role: Business Development Manager/Director
Location: Home-based with travel to customer/office sites when required
Job Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Join Nasstar’s ICC Business Division Sales team focused on new business growth, responsible for acquiring new logos.
- Work with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to identify and close new opportunities, engaging across organizational levels.
- Create compelling sales solutions tailored to customer needs, demonstrating technical and business problem-solving skills.
- Build strong internal and client relationships, maintaining professionalism, credibility, and responsiveness.
- Advise clients on solutions provided by the Nasstar ICC Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover new leads and opportunities by collaborating with vendors like Fortinet and Cisco.
- Drive ICC opportunities across the Nasstar account base with other Business Units.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for NRR and MRR by closing deals with new clients.
- Ensure high-quality proposals through collaboration with Pre-Sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM data on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Research prospects thoroughly and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Partner effectively with vendors and understand partner ecosystems.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales experience selling professional and managed services solutions to new customers.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, Fortinet SD WAN & SASE, Cisco, and Network Security Solutions.
- Experience building relationships within vendor ecosystems, especially Fortinet.
- Understanding of working with Managed Services.
