WR Logistics is seeking a Road Freight Business Development Manager to win new business across domestic and international road freight. The role offers a fully remote setup with a salary range of 45K-65K plus uncapped commission and a company car or allowance.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify opportunities, negotiate rates and close profitable deals, while developing tailored transport solutions with internal operations teams to drive revenue growth and meet

• Proven BDM experience within road freight or European road transport.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
