Job summary

WR Logistics is actively seeking a Road Freight Business Development Manager to drive new business on domestic and international road freight. The role offers a fully remote working arrangement with a salary range of £45K–£65K plus commission and a company car or car allowance.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify opportunities, negotiate rates, and close profitable deals while developing tailored transport solutions with internal operations teams.

• Proven BDM experience within road freight or European road transport.
• A strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The drive to work autonomously and deliver results.
