Responsibilities:

• Discover and convert new business opportunities, from standard lending to complex deals like Development Finance
• Assess lending risk carefully, ensuring thorough, transparent, and compliant proposals
• Support client retention and growth through annual reviews and portfolio management
• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve processes
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking for smarter decision-making
• Manage borrower requests that impact credit risk to protect the bank’s position
• Enhance customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements

Who You Are

You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated by building meaningful relationships—with clients and your team. A background in commercial or development lending is advantageous, but attitude and ambition are most important.
